हमारे "नवाचारी गतिविधियाँ समूह, भारत" द्वारा पिछले 4-5 वर्षों से एक सम्मान कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाता है। यह सम्मान कार्यक्रम छत्तीसगढ़ सहित पूरे भारत देश के शिक्षकों के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है।
Our "Innovative Activities Group, India" has been organizing an award program for the past 4–5 years. This award program is organized for teachers across India, including Chhattisgarh.
यह सम्मान शिक्षकों द्वारा शिक्षकों को दिया जाने वाला सम्मान है, जिसमें एक पूरी सुव्यवस्थित प्रक्रिया के तहत शिक्षकों का चयन पूरे देश के लिए किया जाता है। इसमें छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी 146 विकास खण्डों से 1-1 एवं अन्य राज्यों से 4-5 शिक्षकों का चयन कर उन्हें प्रमाण पत्र, मेमेंटो एवं पेन से सम्मानित किया जाता है।
छत्तीसगढ़ में यह सम्मान कार्यक्रम ऑफलाइन मोड में आयोजित किया जाता है, जबकि अन्य राज्यों के शिक्षकों को यह अवॉर्ड सामग्री डाक (स्पीड पोस्ट) के माध्यम से भेजी जाती है, जो अपने आप में एक नवाचार है।
This is an award given by teachers to fellow teachers, where a well-structured process is used for selecting educators nationwide. One teacher from each of Chhattisgarh’s 146 development blocks and 4–5 teachers from other states are selected and honored with a certificate, memento, and pen.
In Chhattisgarh, the award program is held in offline mode, whereas teachers from other states receive the award materials via Speed Post, which is an innovation in itself.
साथ ही शैक्षिक संगोष्ठी का आयोजन कर उन शिक्षकों को अपनी बात रखने का अवसर भी प्रदान किया जाता है, जिसका YouTube में लाइव प्रसारण भी किया जाता है।
Additionally, an educational seminar is organized where teachers are given the opportunity to share their thoughts, which is also broadcast live on YouTube.
राष्ट्रीय नवाचारी शिक्षा रत्न सम्मान की चयन प्रक्रिया / Selection Process for the National Innovative Education Ratna Award
(1) अवार्ड के लिए टाइमटेबल एवं नामांकन लिंक जारी किया जाता है, जिसमें पूरी जानकारी एवं नियमावली होती है।
A timetable and nomination link is issued for the award, which contains all the information and guidelines.
(2) इस लिंक के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन तरीके से आवेदन प्राप्त किए जाते हैं। इस बार वेबसाइट के माध्यम से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जा रहे हैं।
Online applications are received through this link. This time, applications are being invited via the website.
(3) पूरे देश से प्राप्त आवेदनों की राज्यवार एवं छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए जिला वार स्कूटनी की जाती है।
Applications received from across the country are scrutinized state-wise and district-wise for Chhattisgarh.
(4) आवेदन करने वाले सभी शिक्षकों से व्यक्तिगत रूप से संपर्क किया जाता है।
All teachers applying are contacted individually.
(5) समूह की चयन समिति द्वारा सभी आवेदनकर्ताओं का साक्षात्कार लिया जाता है, जिसमें उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों को समझा जाता है।
All applicants are interviewed by the selection committee of the group, where their work is thoroughly understood.
(6) साक्षात्कार के बाद उनके आवेदन फॉर्म एवं दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाती है।
After the interview, their application forms and documents are checked.
(7) आवेदन, साक्षात्कार और दस्तावेज तीनों के आधार पर संबंधित कार्यों का वेरिफिकेशन किया जाता है।
Verification of the applicant's work is done based on the application, interview, and documents.
(8) वेरिफिकेशन के बाद चयन सूची जारी की जाती है और चयनित शिक्षकों का सम्मान किया जाता है।
After verification, the selection list is published and the selected teachers are honored.
